BrandMan211 recently purchased a dedicated server from JustEdge.net and after getting past a little slow start, he was blown away by how hands on the owner was. Support - 10/10 (If I could, I would rate it far more)

JustEdge provides the best support I have ever seen! Gregg is the kindest person you could ever meet. He’s always there to help me out or give some advice. He provides IM support, but you could always send tickets or call the data center for help. His support team are also very friendly and helpful, although I always wished they provided AIM support instead of just having Gregg deal with all my nonsense. He’s so great that I feel guilty wasting is time with my stupid questions.  The one thing I must admit is it does take him a bit of time to respond on AIM, but can you blame him
